Beautiful terrazzo tile flooring throughout offers cool and casual comfort. There's both a living room and an office/TV room with a large sofa so everybody can have their own space. Spacious kitchen and dining room with nice outside view. Three bedrooms of the 5 bedrooms open directly to the pool. Pool heating is available for $75 per day and is recommended for comfortable swimming temperatures between October and May. Hot tub heating is always complimentary.

Other things to note:
This property is a licensed vacation rental operating under Palm Springs City ID# 4856. All licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, no outdoor music permitted, and a contract signed by the responsible renter (age 25 or above) and agreeing to the house rules.
Separate rental contract as required by the city must be signed within 48 hours of booking to avoid cancellation of reservation.
Pool heating is available for $75 per day. It is recommended between late October and early May. Please let us know in advance if you want pool heat, as it takes a day to get it up to temperature.
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS VACATION RENTAL ORDINANCE:
* No outdoor music permitted at any time
* Maximum of 4 cars permitted throughout entire rental period
* Maximum overnight occupancy is 10.
* Maximum daytime occupancy is 14
* No parties or events allowed
* Quiet hours from 10 pm to 10 am (no noise can be heard at the property line)
* The Responsible Party occupying this Vacation Rental Property shall be at least 25 years old; and is responsible for the compliance of the Vacation Rental Regulations for all occupants and guests.
* Upon arrival, all adult guests are required to provide government issued photo ID, agree to, and sign acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor policy.
Additional Rules:
* Guests who violate the above Palm Springs ordinances are subject to immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
